Update... on Brian's job
We found out this morning that the City of Richmond approved the permits for the refinery upgrade. That means construction will hopefully start by the end of August. It also means we will be staying here for the next 2-3 years! We have been unsure up to this point if the project was even going to happen.

That means more Calif. vacations for Grandma and Grandpa. I hope trhat the time flies by but I know it won't for frienda and especially Grandparents!
