Ashlyn helped me make homemade rolls last week. Ashlyn has hit the "I can do it" stage! Fun, fun, fun! Ashlyn told me, "I do it, I do it!" when I took the flour out of the cabinet to roll out the dough. I do believe there was more flour on her and the floor than on the pastry mat. We had a good time though; and I couldn't get the smile off my face watching Ashlyn's excitement!
